The secure payment method is PayPal. and Debit or Credit Card through Stripe.

You do not have be registered with PayPal to make the payment.

Touch of Venus delivers Worldwide and offers shipping provided by An-Post Ireland Postal Service. ​
We offer FREE shipping within Ireland for orders over €50.00.

Please note that jewellery products purchased from our website are customized for Touch of Venus Jewellery and they have to be made to order. As our collections are handmade, the production of our pieces might take up to 7-20 working days depending on the piece design plus 2-4 days for delivery.

We will email to confirm the expected delivery date.


If ordered jewellery pieces are in the stock, the jewellery orders will go out within 1-4 days unless the item is sold out / out of stock or has to be made to order, or engraving has been requested in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.

3-5 days in UK,

7-14 days in European Union

and 10+ days in Rest of the world.

All products are thoroughly checked and well secured before they are shipped.

An extra charge applies for Registered Post in the amount of €8.00 within Ireland and €12.00 for international orders, and if you wish to use this method of shipping please select a box at the checkout.


All Jewellery items sent by Registered Post must be signed for delivery. The tracking number provided by An Post will be sent by e-mail once we process your order.

Transit times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 


Order Policy –

All Orders are subject to acceptance by Touch of Venus Jewellery. You must not order Products via this Website if you are younger than 16 years of age.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason and may in certain circumstances request additional information before accepting an Order.

After placing an Order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received Your Order. Please note that this does not mean that Your Order has been accepted. Your Order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us and We will confirm such acceptance by emailing you confirmation of shipping.

You may cancel a Contract and obtain a refund by notifying us in writing along with completed Cancellation Form at info@touchofvenusjewellery.com and returning the Products as set out in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

 

On the special request we also offer Engraving at the extra charge in the amount of €15.00 for some products and this information is available on the Product Page with engraving offer, or please contact us at info@touchofvenusjewellery.com for more details and we will be happy to assist you.

Pre - Requests –

If you have a special request like personal engraving or some special jewellery request or you wish to book a product that is sold out on our website, please contact us by completing the Pre - Request Form available on Contact Page or send your inquiry to info@touchofvenusjewellery.com for more details and Touch of Venus Jewellery will be more than happy to assist and help you with your order.


As our collections are customized for Touch of Venus Jewellery, please note that the production of our pieces might take up to 14 working days plus 2-4 days for delivery. We will email to confirm the expected delivery date.

Returns –


Touch of Venus Jewellery Online Boutique operates a strict 14 day Refund Policy and 14 day Exchange Policy.

The below policies cover items purchased from Touch of Venus Jewellery Online Store and all goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Under The European Directive on consumer rights (known as the Consumer Rights Directive) you as a consumer are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, calculated from the date the purchase transaction is completed. This means you have the legal right to cancel an order for any reason within 14 days and get a full refund.

The "cooling off" period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. This means you can return the purchased products during 14 days but you have to pay for the cost of returning the goods.  

If you wish to proceed with this right and return your products a Cancellation Form must be completed and sent by e-mail to info@touchofvenusjewellery.com.


Please return all item(s) unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If you receive damaged goods or just wish to return goods for exchange or refund, you MUST notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

 

If an item you purchased in Touch of Venus Jewellery online Boutique turns out to be faulty or damaged for some reason please notify Touch of Venus Jewellery by e-mail at info@touchofvenusjewellery.com within 7 days of receipt the goods. Please note that you as a consumer have the right to return your purchased goods (for exchange or refund) within 14 days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for Exchange and please note that where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges may be incurred.
Please note that all items are carefully checked and well secured before they are dispatched.

In order to proceed with the right of return and claim refund please contact Touch of Venus Jewellery at info@touchofvenusjewellery.com stating the reason of your return request with all details of the purchased products including your name, address and contact details accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days and Touch of Venus Jewellery will provide you with all the details.

Please return the items back within 14 days to Touch of Venus Jewellery Boutique. Once the the item has been received Touch of Venus Jewellery will investigate and exchange, reduce the price or give you a refund for goods you bought turn out to be faulty or damaged.

Please be advised that all return requests will be processed if they are sent to Touch of Venus within 7-14 days.

Touch of Venus Jewellery Online is not responsible for any item(s) lost in transit while being returned to us. To ensure your item(s) are covered for any loss or damage and that their journey back is recorded, we advise that all items are returned by registered post.

NO Returns and NO EXCHANGES on Special Occasional Gifts & Cuff-links including 'Personal Engraving' or personalized jewellery with engraving and all bespoke orders made on the request.


NO Returns and NO EXCHANGES on Sales and Special Offers.


**For hygiene reasons, please be advised that we cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings and all type of hair accessories as they are nonrefundable, unless it turns out to be faulty within 14 days.

Touch of Venus Jewellery will a refund your account within 14 days of cancellation, but Touch of Venus Jewellery can wait to refund you until you have returned the item(s).

 

Please note that all prices on this Website are for on-line purchases only and may change from time to time.

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may on occasion have to be altered. If this occurs, we will email you to notify you of these changes and request you to reconfirm your Order at the altered price. By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any Contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a Product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the Website.

Our flat rate for Standard shipping in Ireland & Northern Ireland is €5.00.  We offer FREE shipping within Ireland & Northern Ireland for placed order in the amount of €70.00 or more.

Touch of Venus jewellery offers the standard Postal Flat Rate for Shipping by Registered Post in Ireland & Northern Ireland in the amount of €8.00.
